Paul L. Jenkins is a Partner at Morrison & Hughes with more than 20 years in legal practice. Highly skilled in a broad range of injury and insurance law, he has fought and resolved thousands of disputes involving workplace accidents, auto accidents, slip-and-falls, and dog bites.
He also brings an encyclopedic depth of knowledge in Social Security Disability law, which he leverages to unique advantage in handling catastrophic injury litigation. In addition to extensive practice before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, he has personally appeared and successfully argued before federal Administrative Law Judges at more than 2,000 Social Security Disability hearings throughout the United States.
Whether someone gets hurt on the job or is the victim of someone else’s negligence, Paul takes personal satisfaction in using the law to “level the playing field” between the powerless and the powerful. He brings the same steady, confident, no-nonsense approach to representing each and every client.
Since joining the partnership in 2018, Paul stays active in organizations connected to disability and claims advocacy, and is a sought-after speaker on these matters.
A Massachusetts native, Paul earned his B.A. from Stonehill College and his J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he was honored as a New England Scholar. He is licensed in both Massachusetts and Georgia, and holds additional admissions before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
