Connecting the Firm to Its Community
Quint Kimbro serves as Community Relations Coordinator at Morrison & Hughes, where he helps build and strengthen the relationships that connect the firm to the communities it serves. As one of the firm’s most visible representatives, Quint works directly with referral partners and community organizations to foster meaningful partnerships and expand the firm’s outreach efforts.
Whether he is hosting client appreciation events, attending community gatherings, coordinating sponsorships, or meeting with referral partners, Quint serves as a bridge between Morrison & Hughes and the people and organizations that trust the firm. He also plays a key role in managing the firm’s medical specialist, motorcycle club, and labor union partnerships, helping ensure those relationships remain strong, active, and mutually beneficial.
Quint brings more than a decade of leadership and service experience from the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Operations Specialist and Career Counselor and received training as a pilot, air traffic controller, rail traffic controller, and technical instructor. His military background instilled a strong commitment to service, professionalism, and relationship-building—qualities that continue to define his work today.
Committed to lifelong learning and leadership development, Quint holds degrees in Homeland Security & Emergency Management, Aeronautics, and Executive Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership. His diverse educational and professional experiences allow him to connect with people from all walks of life and represent the firm’s values with authenticity and purpose.
Outside of work, Quint is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and long-distance rider who has traveled to more than 40 countries and all 50 states. When he’s not on the road, you’ll find him flying, on the basketball court, or working on hands-on projects that challenge his creativity and problem-solving skills. His passion for adventure, community, and service mirrors the energy he brings to Morrison & Hughes every day.
