Quint Kimbro

Quint Kimbro is a dynamic leadership professional with a diverse background spanning military service, aviation, transportation operations, and technical instruction. He served over a decade on active duty in the United States Navy as both an Operations Specialist and Career Counselor, where he developed a strong foundation in mission-critical decision-making, personnel development, and strategic leadership.

Following his military career, Quint expanded his expertise across several high-responsibility roles, including pilot, air traffic controller, rail traffic controller, and technical instructor for rail operations. His experience leading in high-pressure environments has shaped his ability to manage complex systems, communicate clearly, and guide others through critical situations with confidence and clarity.

At Morrison & Hughes, Quint serves as a Client Relations Specialist, where he brings his leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills directly to clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Known as a trusted “go-to” resource, Quint ensures every client feels heard, informed, and supported. His ability to break down complex information, respond promptly and build genuine relationships helps create a seamless and reassuring client experience. Quint’s commitment to accountability and follow-through ensures that clients receive the attention and care they deserve.

Quint earned a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security & Emergency Management from National University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, further strengthening his expertise in organizational strategy and transformational leadership.

Outside of work, Quint enjoys flying, playing basketball, and working with his hands—whether building, fixing, or creating. He is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys long-distance touring and has traveled to over 40 countries and all 50 U.S. states, bringing a global perspective to everything he does.
