Her role extends far beyond day-to-day administration, encompassing marketing oversight, client relations, referral partner engagement, community outreach, and the development of firm-wide systems and processes that enhance both client experience and organizational performance.
With a wealth of experience in operations management across diverse industries, Brenda has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout her career. From transforming underperforming operations into profitable ventures to designing and managing complex organizational structures, she has a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, solving operational challenges, and improving efficiency on a large scale. Brenda holds an MBA in Operations Management and undergraduate degrees in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Medical College of Georgia.

She develops and implements processes that improve communication, strengthen client relationships, support referral partners, and ensure the firm operates smoothly and effectively.
