Her job is to build a real connection and make sure no one feels like they’re navigating it alone.
Rachel brings more than six years of customer service experience to the role, along with strong people skills and a creative mindset. Clients and coworkers alike know her for being approachable and detail-oriented — the kind of person who remembers the small things and follows through on them.
A Marietta local, Rachel spends her free time hiking and enjoying the outdoors, making art, and listening to true crime podcasts. She’s also a devoted dog owner to her companion, Buddy.
