As a Medical Records Clerk at Morrison & Hughes, Datha Tolar does the patient, persistent work that quietly drives an injury case forward. She requests records from providers and follows up until they actually arrive, making sure our attorneys have the documentation they need to build the strongest possible claim. She also pitches in on administrative tasks and phone support — so when you call, there’s a helpful voice ready to assist.
Datha brings 15 years in the legal field to the role, with a background that includes workers’ compensation and real estate. Since joining the firm in June 2023, she’s found that medical records coordination is where her strengths truly shine — and that focus shows in her thorough, dependable work.
Outside the office, Datha is a devoted sports fan who loves UGA football, Braves baseball, and cheering at girls’ softball games. She spends as much time as she can at the beach or in the mountains with friends and family. She lives in Rockmart, Georgia, with her daughter Haley and their dog Stella.
