Gabriela Cohen brings more than twenty years of legal experience to Morrison & Hughes, with work spanning personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal cases. Much of her career was spent in insurance defense, where she learned firsthand how insurance companies evaluate, value, and approach claims — knowledge she now uses to anticipate the other side and strengthen the cases of injured clients.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gabriela is known for an attentive, detail-oriented approach paired with genuine compassion. She combines professionalism with empathy, serving as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike — the kind of steady presence who keeps a case organized, anticipates what’s coming, and makes sure clients feel supported throughout.
Born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami, Florida, Gabriela is married with two children and stays busy with family soccer. She and her family share their home with two rescue dogs, and she maintains an active lifestyle outside of work.
